- Raw Material Storage: Quality Begins at the Source
All incoming raw materials undergo initial inspection and documentation.
Only after verifying that the specifications, batch numbers, and quantities are correct will the materials be accepted into storage.
This ensures a reliable foundation for all subsequent production stages.
- Material Picking & First Article Production: Establishing the Standard
Once the production line receives materials according to the required specifications, a first article (sample piece) is produced.
After the first article is completed, our professional inspection team conducts a First Article Inspection (FAI), covering appearance, dimensions, durability, and more.
Only a fully approved first article can serve as the benchmark for mass production.
- Mass Production: Consistency and Efficiency
During mass production, we perform random inspections to ensure consistent quality at every stage.
At the same time, equipment performance is continuously monitored to maintain stable and efficient production.
- Heat Treatment & Surface Processing: Enhancing Durability
Depending on product requirements, heat treatment and surface finishing are performed to enhance strength, corrosion resistance, or overall appearance.
Each treatment is followed by corresponding inspections, such as:
• Post–heat treatment inspection
• Final product inspection
• Post–surface treatment inspection
- Packaging & Storage: Ensuring Delivery Integrity
After all processing and inspections are completed, the products move into the packaging stage.
We use protective materials tailored to product specifications to ensure the items remain undamaged during transportation.
Once packaging is complete, the products are stored and prepared for the final pre-shipment inspection.
- Final Inspection & Delivery to Customers
Before any shipment is released, all products must pass the final pre-shipment inspection.
This serves as the last checkpoint in our quality assurance process, ensuring every item is verified and error-free before it reaches our customers.
- After-Sales Service & Continuous Improvement
We remain available at all times to receive customer testing feedback.
If any adjustments are required, we immediately initiate the improvement process:
Improvement Planning → Improvement Verification → Documentation & Process Update
