Constant Torque Springs
Product Description
A constant torque spring is typically mounted on a storage shaft. Its outer end is connected in the reverse direction to the output shaft. When the output shaft is rotated, the spring is wound in reverse, generating a constant torque on the output shaft. When the external force is removed, the spring rewinds from the output spool back onto the storage spool, returning to its natural state.
